How long does shipping take?

Standard freight takes 5-8 business days depending on your province. We will contact you with tracking information once your bike is picked up by Day & Ross.

How will I know my shipping cost?

After you place your order, we will contact you within 24 hours with your Day & Ross freight quote. You can approve before we ship.

Do I need a forklift or loading dock?

No! Day & Ross offers tailgate delivery. Just let us know when ordering and we will arrange it.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! Once shipped, we will provide your Day & Ross tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

What is included in Premium Crate Shipping?

Your bike arrives fully assembled in a heavy-duty Uline 84x48x48 wooden crate with pallet. It is secured with professional ratchet straps and ready to ride the moment it arrives. The $350 fee covers part of the crate cost — we absorb the rest because we believe you deserve a premium delivery experience!
