Return & Exchange Policy — Surrey EBikes
At Surrey EBikes, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Time Frame
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all components included
- No damage or signs of wear and tear
- E-bikes missing keys, chargers, or batteries will be refused at your expense
Restocking Fee
A 35% restocking fee of MSRP (excluding taxes, shipping, and PDI) will be deducted from all refunds.
Exchanges
Replacement unit will not be shipped until returned unit is received and inspected.
Refunds
Issued in original payment method minus restocking fee and shipping costs.
Financing
Any cancellation fees from third-party financers are the customer's responsibility unless agreed in writing by Surrey EBikes.
Exceptions — No Returns On:
- Custom-built e-bikes
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Vehicles and LSM motorcycles
